A mindful, slow-paced, 60 minute dynamic flow designed for advanced beginners looking to deepen their practice. Expect creative sequencing with an emphasis on strength and control. Some familiarity with Sun Salutation A and foundational poses is helpful but not required—come ready to explore and challenge yourself at your own pace.
A playful, energetic 45 minute hybrid pilates class that focuses on core and lower body strength, body awareness and mobility. Expect to explore challenging movements, both classic and creative, at your own level and pace.
