Hi, I’m Amanda! I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor since 2011. I'm a Yoga Alliance-certified RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, and, although I rarely use it anymore, I'm also a Spinning certified instructor. My degree is in Philosophy, but after spending 2009 in Thailand, I fell in love with yoga and was called to pursue my career in fitness. 


I'm experienced training individuals of all ages and abilities; Athletes, moms during and post-pregnancy, individuals with health challenges and mobility issues. My specialty is making fitness approachable to someone with little to no exercise experience, and helping those who are more experienced with exercise keep progressing and prevent plateau.
